2012 CAMP SCHEDULE


AZ Soccer Camp is 6/10/12 - 7/14/12

CODE OF CONDUCT

~  Counselors, verbally go over camp rules with all campers on the first day.
~  All campers
are expected to conduct themselves with dignity and respect to others at all times.
~  No use of profanity at anytime upon premises.
~  No agressive behavior or disrespect toward another camper, visitor, or staff member.
~  No use of alcohol on premises.
~  Smoking permitted (no minors) in designated area only.
~  No weapons allowed on premises.
~  All campers are expected to respect the camp facility by maintaining a fun, clean, safe environment at all times.
~  Campers are to report any accidents, injuries or property damage to group leaders or camp staff promptly.
~  Clothing that is revealing or has offensive writing or pictures is not acceptable.
~  Our policy is that each camper is responsible for leaving the camp the way they
    found it.

General Terms:

Security Deposit: The security deposit is due along with your signed agreement as soon as possible, and no later than two weeks prior to camp, to guarantee your requested dates. Deposits will be returned, less any charges for damages or clean up, within two weeks after your departure date.

Balance Due: If Camp Grace is providing food, your balance is due no later than 15 days prior to arrival to insure your food order is placed on time. If you are providing your own food and cooking, balance is due prior to or upon arrival - no exceptions.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Failure to meet the above Deposit Schedule will be construed as a desire to cancel the contract. If cancellation occurs at least 91 days before the scheduled arrival date, 50% of you Security Deposit will be refunded. If cancellation occurs within 90 days to the day of the scheduled arrival date, you Security Deposit will be forfeited.

Our Policy:  Each group must clean and leave the camp the way they found it. A clean up check list will be provided for your authorized representative and the camp Director to do a final inspection before departure to insure cleaning has been properly done and to determine if there will be any damage and/or cleaning deductions from your deposit. 

Alcoholic Beverages and Drugs will not be brought or consumed on Camp Grace property.

Pets:  Camp Grace policy does not allow guests to have pets on the grounds.

Violation of our Rules or the display of offensive bahaviour, Mission of Grace reserves the right to ask you to leave the Camp Graces premises. Should this happen no refunds  will be available.

Certificate of Insurance: A certificate of insurance for accident and liability coverage of $1,000,000 for your group, listing Mission of Grace (Camp Grace) as an additional insured must be received at least one week prior to arrival.

Risks, Liabilities and Hazards that are inherent in camp activities and the use of camp facilities, Mission of Grace (Camp Grace), it's Officer's and Directors, and it's Staff will be held harmless in the event of any physical injury, death, dismemberment, or loss of property.
 
Meals:  Camp Grace provides three meals daily, nutrituionally balanced. Our campers love the food!
